Our house offers comfortable apartments for 2-6 persons, with bedroom and living room, fully equipped kitchenette, bath or shower, toilet, some with balcony, TV, safe, direct dial telephone (fee) and free WiFi. In the summer a garden with playground. There is also a cozy lounge with fireplace on the ground floor. Next to the house are plenty of parking available for your car or motorcycle.
In the neighborhood you will find: cable cars and ski lifts, ski school and ski kindergarten, shops, ice skating, cross-country skiing, walking trails and the sports park Lech. You choose, whether you will be served in the breakfast room each morning (additional cost), or if you cook your breakfast in the apartment itself. Fresh bread will be provided (additional cost)!

Additional information for your stay
All our rooms are equipped with bath / WC or shower / WC, hairdryer, telephone, cable TV with a wide selection of international channels. Some with balcony. Each room has a parking lot for your car or motorcycle available. Internet access is possible through our free WiFi.
For guests in single and double rooms, breakfast is included in the price. For guests of the apartments we offer an additional breakfast service (EUR 20 / person, EUR 10,50 / child under 6-14 years).
We recommend taking out a travel insurance. Travel cancellation insurance.
Early departure or late arrival of the room will be charged. In case of cancellation occur the the Austria Hotel Contract Regulations come into effect. (Cancellation fees: Up to 1 month before 40%, up to 1 week in advance 70% in the last week 90% of the entire arrangement)
Please inform us if you arrive after 18.00 h on arrival. The rooms and parking are available from 14.00 pm and on departure to 9.30 o'clock.
For young children, we have a high chair and travel cot available. In the interest of all our guests we do not accept pets, we are a non smoking accommodation.
